H APARTHOTEL is a SELF-SERVICE (nie posiada stacjonarnej recepcji). Oznacza to, że recepcja NIE JEST całodobowa. Kontaktować się z hotelem można od poniedziałku do niedzieli w godzinach 07:00-22:00. Telefony po godzinie 22:00 nie będą odbierane.

Gość dokonuje zameldowania i wymeldowania samodzielnie.

H APARTHOTEL is located in the center of Ełk, just a few steps from the main promenade and Lake Ełk. Our hotel offers 8 luxury, fully-equipped suites. H APARTHOTEL is the only self check-in hotel. The contactless reception kiosk allows guests to check in and out anytime during their stay. Additionally, we offer an exclusive SPA area with a 10-person jacuzzi and a dry sauna. Access to the SPA zone and parking are included in the price of the stay.

Currently, the property does not offer breakfast. Due to its excellent location, there are many restaurants and cafes nearby that serve breakfast.

In apartments no. 3 (Family), 5 (Comfort+), 6 and 7 (Comfort) the standard arrangement of the bed is a double bed. It is possible to separate the bed into two singles in the above-mentioned rooms.
