H APARTHOTEL is the only self-check-in facility in the area. Self check-in is a system that allows Guests to check in and out independently at any time. H APARTHOTEL has a contactless reception in the form of a dedicated station – an intuitive kiosk where payments for reservations are made via a payment terminal or where Guests can pick up a pre-paid reservation. The kiosk enables convenient check-in and check-out by simply entering an access code. The machine immediately prints payment receipts and allows for the issuance of a bill for the stay. The "self-check-in" system is extremely popular among our Guests as a convenient feature.

What sets our property apart from other accommodations in Ełk is that, as part of your stay, we offer our guests access to the SPA area, where you will find a 10-person jacuzzi, a shower, and a dry sauna. The SPA zone is located on the -1 level.

Additionally, each reserved apartment is guaranteed a parking space in the outdoor parking lot located on our property. The parking is monitored, enclosed, and exclusively available for our Guests.
